Actually there were coding camps in the 1990's. There were not marketed as heavily and as widely as they are today but there were plenty around. The industry booms anytime there's a big need for developers.

Haha. Interesting that you mention the ACT. I took the ACT before a home football game, score a point or two above average and then joined my team right as we ran onto the field. When I saw the results they were similar. Math was by far the

I work for a coding bootcamp that also offers onsite corporate training. Our focus is ruby/rails/javascript/API not Java. We may not be the best fit but I can recommend New Horizons. Here: https://nhlearningsolutio

I was lucky to get out without any debt due to athletic and other scholarships. However the last two-three girls I've dated had 15K-25K in student loans. They all said, "At least I dont have K like my friend..." I cant beli

It still blows my mind that people are on linkedin. If you are not a recruiter/hiring manager it's only real purpose (that I can see) is to be a boasting board for achievements and a easy to ignore place to receive recruiting emai

If a company only used external recruiters for any position above 100K it's going to cost them 15K+. More likely 25K. Now if they try on their own as well by posting jobs, hiring internal recruiters, network... Hiring is expensive.

S1E1 feels like an entirely different show. It doesnt really show near future tech it just shows something that could happen today. Try the rest of the first season. Very worth re approaching.

To me it feels like all the subtly is gone. What would have not been explained in the first two seasons is spelled out in the third season. It got a whole lot less interesting or engaging.

Sales people make the company money. You can have the greatest product of all time but if you dont know how to find people who need it or how to sell it to those people after you find them than your startup is dead on arrival.
