Yeh, if it had been framed as "we dealt with Meme makers and low and behold, the 13-30 year old men that used it made lewd, crude and frankly misogynist comments!" would anyone have been surprised?

I don't know how to read this, as Krzanich "traded" 889,878 shares 11/29/2017, but 11/01/2017 lists that he had 495,743 "Shares Held". Can someone explain this to me?

If he sells shares the day they vest, year after year, the only question then is about volume. Did he sell a larger volume than usual? That's a VERY different question to a binary "is it insider trading?"

Isn't part of the problem that the appeal of the south is different to the north? SF and NYC are very different climates to New Orleans, with very different amounts of living space per person. You can either have a lot of living space,

That would be an unmitigated disaster. For a start, what is the value of all rental properties in the bay area? Lets say it is 15%. So the government either needs to come up with 15% of the value of ALL rented houses, or steal them in some

The problem is pragmatism. The tax cuts that were proposed in the USA could actually be a massive windfall, because currently a lot of companies (and individuals) keep profits offshore, so pay no tax at all. The USA is different to most cou
