I saw that, and was a bit confused as well. Seeing as I pay my licence fee (to watch any tv, but it only funds the BBC) its a bit annoying that I then cant see other BBC content.

After reading down a few comments on the article you see that the write is talking about Virgin Mobile in the UAS, as someone in Australia points out that this doesn't work. It would be nice if the writer of the article would have said that

if you read the page he says he cut the video down a bit, and also recorded some of the clips to fit them in to categories and not the order he record them. That could explain why some of the results have other things shown when he closes t

This comes from them only having one TOS for all there services, it means it must cover everything from maps to YouTube. Also as its been pointed out in the comets on the artical, Google need the right to publish you works if wish to share
