I should point out, that EU has standardised driving licence education. So despite Denmark having almost no tunnels (no mountains to speak of), we still have to learn about tunnel driving. And that's good. These tests also include dr

I agree with the sentiment, but in fact Dart intents to replace JavaScript as a language. Dartium (based on Chromium) can run Dart scripts natively. Why it isn't included in Chromium or Chrome, I don't know, but they claim Dart

But KHTML always referred to itself as 'KHTML, like Gecko' to ensure people sniffing for Gecko would be displaying the same HTML for KHTML as Gecko. This is why 'Gecko' remains in all major browsers. Edit: Apparently In

I think the point here is implicit inheritance. There are many interfaces in Go, but you don't need to specify which interface you are implementing. So you can easily implement io.Reader and io.Writer among many others, without exten

Mandatory minimums seems rather cruel. In my country - Denmark - sentences are usually limited to 15 years (life in prison, actually means that after 16 years, your case will be reheard by the judicial system; in serious crimes, these verd

That depends on the addition of code obtained by limitation of features in a language. If the additional code base is so severe, that it increases the complexity significantly, I'd argue you have chosen the wrong language for the job.

Writing more code is not the same as more complexity. Irritating, perhaps, but not more complexity. A larger language overhead to keep in mind is more complexity.
