What are some of the projects that you built using that method? Did you build anything that you later spun off into a better job or a side business? I'm interested, not doubting.

Well, it would totally suck if we were carrying any unsecured debt. Luckily we live below our means so we have (some) money banked. So I'm considering taking the family for a 6 month world tour (while I'm still young enough to handle it)..

I'm a bit loopy after a long day juggling work-from-home and caring for a sick child. I think it would be fun to see: - number of foot notes written (total and per essay) - word cloud(s) - number of words written (total, per essay) - word l

I'd like to read more detail about his setup. What ticketing system does he use that he can "get in and out of in 30 sec" ... so that he can toss every new idea into it without breaking his flow? How, specifically, does he track his context

A lot of people say that ideas have no value yet never share any of their own. It's really nice to see someone practice what they preach.

This seems akin to economists claiming that a 10% chance at $10,000,000 is just as good as a guaranteed $1,000,000 because on average you end up with the same amount of money. Although it's technically true, any given person is better off

Well, that's another example for the "dangers of making untested changes to your production environment" pile. Of course, people rarely feel the need to post when everything works out... Sucks that such a popular service had such trouble.

It's fine for Leo to talk about how great it is to not have any goals. What he kind of glosses over is the years of hard work and goal setting/achieving that was required for him to get to this point. It's like a highly skilled musician te
