Not really, because those are good old links that don't contact a 3rd party server before being clicked. The standard Like buttons connect on page load, instead of on click.

These colorful sugar-cereals have completely overtaken the cereal market in Estonia. In fact, my neighbourhood supermarkets no longer sell any major brand whole grain cereal at all. They used to, but the number of options kept decreasing, u

There is no universal solution. Every product will have users who find it hard to use. Speaking out about the fact that you find it manageable is valuable information and may show that there are more users who find it easy to use than not.

I am mainly talking about the first 5-10 years of autonomous cars being available. Beyond that, I won't even attempt to make any predictions. During this first decade, most cars on the roads will still be human-driven. I don't see

I hope they won't go too far with it. I fear that allowing too long messages will reduce SNR.

Selling short? More like a good time to buy! In my country, car insurence is mandatory and I don't see it being removed with autonomous cars. So the income for insurance companies remains similar. Crashes will be reduced however, so th

They seem to be using "что" for the russian question word, which serves the correct function in my experience. [1] However I'm not sure what the "a" interjection is supposed to be and I don't think I have heard

How is it DRM that is limiting that? There are four rather lengthy paragraphs and a graph in the article that explains this.

The screen is only a small piece of the puzzle. Most of the value of the Oculus products comes from the insane software optimizations that have been done at all levels of the stack to bring down the latency.

It's a real shame that DRM once again stifles progress and limits the video resolution to 480p in this VR app.

The fundamentals of the CRIME attack work with any compression algorithm. That's why HTTP 2.0 doesn't use compression for headers and sends deltas instead.

Some games require less latency than others. WoW is a good example of a game that doesn't really have any precision combat. You don't have to aim at enemies there, you just have to lock them for your auto-target.

It's not that the audio is missing, it's that you can't hear the emotion when the history was told. That extra data is missing from the text.
