I normally end up building things that are useful to me. Storytella[0] was started for a Nanowrimo one year. I wanted something which would allow me to write at home or at work without having to worry about losing anything or having to keep

It sounds like you've got quite a complicated process there, how did you find handling dependencies with Lambda? The docs include how to add npm dependencies but I couldn't find anything covering dependencies that the node modules

What is it you're trying to do? It might be worth taking a look at the storage provided by S3 and how you'd go about hosting a static website (if that's something you might need). Or set up a free micro EC2 instance. That wil

I don't use a password manager tool because I don't feel I need to. I take a kind of algorithmic approach to generating unique passwords for each site I use. I have a root password which contains the usually required alphanumeric

Thanks! It's been really interesting building something that has been so useful to me, and hopefully it will be useful to others too.

I'm working on Storytella[0] which is a writing app aimed at self-publishing authors. I'm trying to bring more developer-like tools to authors in a simple way, so there's an entity system (think, database) and entities can be

Sounds like a worthwhile book to finish and publish! There's a few things I forgot to mention. You will have to do your own marketing. None of the self-publishing services will help you with that. A Good Reads[0] account can help with
