Shenzhen kindergartens are a bizarre place: a cross between a typical kindergarten and a mitary bootcamp.

I don't think the attack would work in the wild; even on a Cat III autoland approach, there is still a decision altitude and runway visual range requirements. When the runway never appears it's a go around.

The alternative is developing a new aircraft type to beat the competition, which Boeing will avoid if it can due to this massive risk and cost involved; they only have to look at the fate of bombardier for a cautionary tale.

For me async/await does nothing but alleviate cognitive load. It does require a solid understanding of Promises but once you have that it makes asynchronous code so easy.

Would expect at least one game to accompany this, although it is probably naive to expect games from Valve anymore.

You want others to be able to contribute to your codebase, humans don't think in a functional and deceptive manner; we think imperatively.

Crepes do not cost 15 euros... at the max 5 euros. But you misread the post; he didn't claim the guy made a million euros in a year, he just claimed 1 million, so it could have been spread over 10 years.

I think they are designed to appeal to SR20/22 owners looking for an upgrade, as the only real advantage they offer on the competition is CAPS (although I'd take the second engine on a kingair over a parachute) Full glass cockpit

Remember the time Pepsi wanted to project their logo onto the moon using ground-based lasers? They hadn't bothered to check if it was feasible. Sounds like the same story repeating itself again.

Doesn't seem like a great fit. Immutability is a waste of memory when working with complex 3D scenes and React is already pretty processor and memory heavy.

The point of the article wasn't to present a realistic scenario; it was just saying "never underestimate the value of time in making money"

That's innacurate. The US government spends more on healthcare per person than the UK; so the public cost saving would be higher in US, despite the lack of universal healthcare.

We are doing it. Expected cost of cost of building ITER is now well in excess of 20B and keeps rising. It's not speeding anything up; first plasma not expected until 2025.
