I agree. There are pretty good technical specialists coming out of Russia, China and India. I have not found a single university from ether country.

Maybe they would not hold up in the court. If you could afford it though. I don't think when you are starting a startup, the first thing you want to do is go in court and battle against a company that has much more money to spend on lawyer
