I heard about this study on NPR. While exciting, I got the feeling the plant biology field was waiting on further test to collaborate the claims on this paper. Does anyone know of any?

But this is exactly what an “executive scan” is. I know several CEOs who get full body scans. Two of them caught early stage cancers and credit these scans with vastly improving their prognosis.

I'm curious why the author used AKS. From my experience, I noticed that is the slowest to provision. I have personally experienced etcd nodes becoming unhealthy in lightweight test clusters which concern me with using AKS in production

Second this, helm is good for day one operations of k8s. If you just want to have a redis deployment running now I think it’s fine for that. But then managing helm charts becomes its own task. Kustomize seems to be a happy medium. Also Hel

Open Source hardware is still severely hampered by the lack of RTL tools. Even though they provide the RTL, I'm not sure that I could ever actually simulate it without spending >$1k on some Synposis software.

Disagree. https://arxiv.org/abs/1805.08691 demonstrates 8-bit architecture for a pre-trained CNN provides more than acceptable results with lower latency and higher throughput than a higher precision version.
