It does, but the key heare is the length limitation. Spending 1m on a more aerodynamic shape means 1m less cargo space. So the fuel efficiency per cargo volume actually goes down.

This is very sketchy. The guy came in with an agenda. He wrote the book first, then raised money to do the research to prove his hypothesis and finally failed to do so. Now apparently they're shutting down and we are non the wiser. All

Just like dead reckoning works today, you start from a known point at known attitude and integrate up accelerations and rotations to keep an up to date position. Whenever you can get a GPS signal you use that to reduce the drift. Cheap syst

Having worked in research on Crohn's this sounds wild. Why would you not take the biologics if you can afford them? Side effects? What you do is of high risk to yourself and of no value to others.
