UK speed limits are in Mph, not km/h, so it is a 30 Mph road.

That's not very absurd if you let the printing press stick ads all over your pamphlets, getting them revenue. A better comparison is expecting a printing press to want to associate themselves and their ads with controversial content.

It is if they want to bet on the value of bitcoin. Why use some hardware for 40-60 days to mine some coin which may or may not be worth $1500 when you could sell immediately for that amount? Sure you can mine for longer, but I'd bet th

Why is it up to his lawyer to prove he wasn't at the scene of the crime? Surely it should be up to the other side to prove he was? Innocent until proven guilty and all that.

Some fun I had with free pascal in college was that you can $DEFINE almost anything to almost anything else: {$DEFINE (:=ab} {$DEFINE ):=ba} ...etc... Code becomes pretty ridiculous: WriteLn ab ab a + b ba * c ba If you de

I'm with you on this! Clicked on the same suggestion and had no idea where to start. Expected to see a "src" folder which is typically used to separate the source code of the project from the docs/objs/tests/ut

The last paragraph is almost definitely about Valve: "And here we are. I spoke of my return to this shore. It has been a circuitous path to lands I once knew, and surprising to see how much the terrain has changed. Enough time has pass

I'm surprised it's not complete yet. DotA 2 has been using it for 2 years, but CS:GO is still being ported to it and expected to be finished later this year.

An old beater car can be a huge inconvenience though. My 16-year old (when bought) Saxo had to have bearings replaced, but the bolts for the suspension arm were so rusted they snapped during the process and cost me 1/2 the price of the

It's only advertising if the positive review/comments were actually payed for. It's completely different if the review/gameplay video wasn't payed for and contained unbiased opinions.

Slow to verify, sure, but difficulty is definitely easily adjustable. Just scale up the game map and number of units, suddenly you have a larger search space for navigation and more AI objects to manoeuvre, too.

I'd argue that Befunge is far simpler. It's yet-another-esoteric-programming-language but the program pointer can move in 4 directions instead of 2. Every instruction is simple stack/heap manipulation or IO. AsciiDots looks a

Not sure what you mean by FHD and 2k as they are essentially the same (2048x1080 vs 1920x1080). I assume you must mean 4k (or rather, UHD with 3840x2160) instead of 2k.

Actually, if your M/2 isn't integer division (which I assume is the case from your use of ceil around it first), your 5x5 pyramid would look like this: 23443 34554 45665 45665 34554 Using max_height - (abs
