This is Firefox on a Mac with adblockers up the wazoo. I use Google there because I’m not signing into my personal Kagi account on work equipment and I haven’t yet been able to pill my boss on Kagi.

I think you and I can agree that the Establishment Clause is often read over-broadly, but the First Amendment is a list of prohibitions on Congress. Quoting the relevant part here: > Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment

There is a jurisprudential concept called incorporation that SCOTUS largely adheres to borne from the 14th amendment, but for various reasons that’s actually a can of worms I don’t want to debate so instead I encourage you to learn more abo

It is possible my information about The Japan Times is basically historic and out of date at this point since organizations do change. This is the premise upon which the paper was originally founded and continued to operate on for most of i

That's Epic's PR spin, but I ain't buying. This was a chance to reduce the fees they pay to Apple, not subject themselves to the customer relationship rules set by Apple and expand into another line of business. The legal, po

This isn’t Segregation. Epic isn’t Rosa Parks. Apple isn’t a legislature. Epic’s actions until now have been for a B2B contract renegotiation, not a human rights movement. People who did fight for civil rights were also punished with the fo
