How do you know this? Not doubting you just curious. I've always been curious about requirements or size of GPT3 because Eluether's GPT-X 20B takes like 40GB VRAM to run and I think it is the closest analogue to GPT-3

Yeah for people asking to elaborate, this is what we did to get a ton of investor meetings for our MVP: 1. DO NOT BUILD OR SHIP ANYTHING 2. Instead spend all your time desperately talking to customers about the problem you want to solve. If

16 weeks pay on a $200k/yr salary (ie excluding equity acceleration) is $64k. That's a decent first check into a startup. I know people have families, visa issues, but if you're young and scrappy and already into startups, th

Even if only 2 people read what you write today, you'll have your writing forever. It's easy to repurpose writing, or literally repost. I feel like if you're not writing online today, you're severely missing out, me incl

People hate to hear this but the most talented younger people want to work in office at least hybrid because you learn more and get more done. Yes, at the expense of commute time. I understand families change this dynamic

I think in the context of communicating bad news, the PIP system Amazon had sounds like it sucks, but at least it was a way to communicate that you should find another job. The problem with the person in this article is that there was no co
