I want to always play full albums, the way 2 is implemented seems to require a click for every track

FWIW, blocking policy on 2 blocks (at least some, Qobuz for me) streaming sites and bandcamp (bandcamp being the more problematic one as every band is on their own subdomain and you can’t (I think) just allow all of them).

You dodged a bullet there. Heise is infamous for incendiary, low quality discussion.

Why am I using it wrong when I only subscribe to interesting feeds? I read everything because I subscribe to stuff I want to read. And I've been using RSS since the days when there were fights over atom vs RSS.

Thank you, I could have sworn I had that active, but for some reason it was "audio only".

OT: Does anyone know of a setting or extension for Firefox to stop those autoplaying videos? I have gifs disabled, prefers-reduced-motion on, and those videos in that article both autoplay, and start again after pausing them manually. I hav

Check used RAM. I've been reading those are still often fine, pricewise

Not to take away from your argument, but German grocery prices are actually famously low. I know of eastern Europeans in border places who prefer shopping in Germany for that reason.

LE bait. Wow. To your actual content, unless you did something weird and special snowflake like, everything will just keep working with this.

There’s a difference between disagreeing with a marketing stunt, and saying "I stopped using them because of that". But I guess that also flew over our heads, dumb as we are.

I never understood how that t-shirt thing aggrevated people so much. It’s like the firefox issues taken to the next level.

There's a grindcore album by that name. Which I'll now have to check out ;) https://napalmted.bandcamp.com/album/coffin-liquor

It's mainly about frequencies, essentially I can hear as if I were still 10 years younger. Sadly not the solution ;) But thanks, and I'll say loops are amazing for the price for concerts.

For underground artists, spotify is piracy with extra steps, often literally only paying in exposure .

Sadly I can’t afford high end HAs. And from what I’ve read, you don’t really get HA prescriptions for stuff like APD with no hearing loss. But it’s cool that this stuff is now integrated, hopefully those advancements will eventually trickle

Ohh, that is interesting. I’ll research this, thank you. Hah, this made me find the subreddit /r/AudiProcDisorder where people discuss those and others for exactly that reason. edit: Damn, tool requires root because of a bug :&#x2

The second part is why I wonder if there’s anything targeted at the problem instead of badly solving it as a side effect.

That seems to enable airpods, but I have no idea if airpods are in any way applicable to the issue.

That’s more a solution for far more extreme cases, including actual hearing loss. This would be far more involved than me lining up my ears with their mouth ;)

I’ll chime in with a sidebar: Anyone got any experience using hearing aids for the "hearing in noise" issue (aka. King-Kopetzky syndrome or lack of cocktail party effect [0], part of a whole bunch of things also called adhd for ea

I second that. Switched from ynab4 (used some version since 2011) to Actual Budget a few month ago. Some tiny ux issues, but improvement in many more areas. Don't regret finally kicking ynab out.

    > in my experience almost every website will be DdoS attacked from time to time. The place I work at has been online since 1996, not even a DoS yet, let alone a DDoS. Though we now use CF to filter all that bot traffic.

We finally switched to CF a few weeks ago (for bot protection, abusive traffic started getting insane this year), finally we can join in on one of the global outage parties (no cloud usage otherwise, so still more uptime than most).

Duh? Ukraine is a big place for Nazis. Funnily enough, so is Russia (and if black metal is any indication, Finland). This is not exactly news. edit: I’d appreciate comments explaining why I’m wrong besides drive by downvotes.
