I'd say ADL e-core beelink esque smallboxes for $150 offer good value and decent tdp. No where near pi, but also not like the old Skylake thin boxes, either. We're talking probably sub 65w all in, maybe even closer to 35w.

This person has the more believable PhD. One of the requirements to getting a PhD is the knowledge that a PhD is not the proof of intelligence you thought it would be when you started. It is better a proof of resilience, patience, and being

The person that you responded to was not the one who made the covid claim. I think it was a bit jarring to have that comment on the covid chain since their experiences are not related.

Twitter was a shit hole before, and it is now still a shit hole. Of course, I think the hole has gotten deeper since Musk took over and I don't find his goals noble or at all altruistic.. but we can have different opinions in this dyst

There are no shares for them to sell because it is a private entity. Their RSUs/equity would have either been deleted, converted to private equity that you can maybe sell on the secondary markets at best, or converted to cash bonuses.

Well, there's a whole HN subreddit that exists solely to post HN threads and encourage redditors to visit HN for more discussion. It's still somewhat nascent, but with more high profile articles posted, you'll see more people

Sure, I agree. The counter that I would offer is what are the time-based consequences of us getting something wrong? How quickly do the wheels fall off so to speak? With cars, which we can say came to be around the 1920s, we didn't sta

Have people used BING lately? It's still not good - but maybe it will improve. Google search has just gotten worse and is more ad prone. It's still better, but not golden age google - not even close.

Power corrupts, absolutely. In musk's case, he was probably always a bit unhinged/POS.. but I used to believe he cared about the world. Ever since pedo guy I dropped him from altruistic status to probably egomaniac status, though.

To be fair, it's probably easier to organize a hit in a city where murder and crime are somewhat regular occurrences. Not that I am saying this was a hit.

Maybe this was the case before, but it certainly feels less like this now. Auto OEM ads are the biggest offenders. I can plug OEM 1 + Model1 and get two to three ads for OEM2/3/4 before I get the result I was looking for.
