This "open APIs" feeling where you can build and mash up all kinds of services together to build cool things is how writing apps on Ethereum feels right now. All of the data and functions of other people's contracts are on ch

It's important to note that the vast majority of people who will own and use Dai have never and will never interact with the Maker protocol or CDP holders. You trade ETH to Dai on Uniswap and go about your day. You trade the Dai to ETH

Not in my circles. IPFS is used a lot for storing and archiving files but IPNS is rarely used or mentioned. The only situations I've seen where IPNS would be useful, ENS was used instead as it's more reliable.

I consider IPNS fundamentally broken and have stopped using it. ENS is better in almost every way and is extremely reliable so it's not that big of deal.

I would love to see video game licenses as ERC-721 tokens that you buy and can use and move between the different digital game platforms out there. If you own the token in your wallet then the DRM or whatever system lets you play the game.

Why can't you speedrun with the crack? If everyone agrees on a common executable that works it can be verified via SHA256 and still be used for speedruns.
