   No it's not. The die hard tests don't help against malice. Consider this PRNG: `"random"_bitstream` := AES('00000000...', NSA_KEY)

   Not getting in jail again. Especially since by that time they may be quite a bit older and another sentence might mean 'for life'.

   Yet another Google Chart APIs QR code "generator". Come on, seriously, its not so hard to generate it yourself. (Since there is even a JavaScript library to do it for you there is absolutely no excuse to use Googles API)
