Catch basins in my jurisdiction have round covers on a square structure. The cast iron frame is square with a circular hole in the top. Edit: for example https://maps.app.goo.gl/m8rR4vrPHBPTyXxo9

> Manhole covers are round if they cover a pipe and square if they cover a brick built manhole This is inaccurate as a generalization - in the three jurisdictions I've worked in, they're round if they're newer than ~1990,

$5/dozen is still a lot less than the $7.33/doz at Costco that OP was mentioning. Canada, under $4 cad per dozen which is about $3.20 USD. Saw about $4.39 when I was in San Francisco last month, I (perhaps wrongly) made the assump

Live view auto shutoff can be disabled? No it can't[1], not without modified firmware that either doesn't exist[2] or is only available from sketchy mega uploads[3]. There are other[4] hacky workarounds, but nothing clean. [1] ht

The most common cycling injury is a right hook, where a car drives past the cyclist then turns right (into the cyclist or without enough space for them to stop). At intersections, many cars will be turning right. Allowing cyclists to procee
