I second this. Is there anyone who actually believes Optimus is going to be a success and has any sort of data to back that up? I'm not in robotics, but I look at humanoid robots and, while incredible examples of engineering know-how,

I feel this way about many such networks. We avoid networked appliances, garage doors, door locks, external cameras, etc as often as we can.

Unfortunately, I would expect the boss to say, "hey, since you're all going to be so much more productive working in the factory, we'll give you all 10x the shoes to repair".

Yes to this. Take no alternative actions. Just keep investing and don't watch the market for a year or two.

I'm terrible at this because I just can't handle extended lulls in conversations with anyone who isn't a close friend. As a result, I talk too much and that's the end of building a friendship. Sigh...

Sounds like a good idea. Right now, I'm splitting my time between drill based content (Bartok, Gurlitt, Kunz, etc), beginner classical pieces, and the occasional blues. Funny, but in church, I spend more time than maybe I should sight

I think it depends on your end goal. I have a great ear and am terrible at reading sheet music. Fine if you aspire to be a rock guitarist. Not so fine if you aspire to be a classical pianist. Funny, but I'm final tired of my poor sight

I took several years of Suzuki piano method when I was a kid. Suzuki focuses initially on developing the ear. During lessons, we did this kind of stuff all the time. I would close my eyes and my instructor would play a series of notes and I

"we did not want to require our users have accounts on any 3rd party platforms in order to access our postings" 1000x yes to this! It can be really frustrating when a link takes me to FB, TW, IG, etc. - none of which I use.

Yes to this. Why should more than one person create a layout for Risk, for example? Start storing these in a library, bearing in mind that most games have multiple releases with their own specs. Think of a site like Thingiverse.

How many hours does your job and commute require? I'd genuinely like to understand a job that is so time consuming that a person wouldn't be able to cook dinner. That doesn't seem ok to me.

First language I learned while in college in the 1990s. While I enjoyed the class, I have a funny picture of me kicking the FORTRAN book across my dorm room after I turned in my final project.

Sure...that's why it's important to diversify investments. For every Pets.com, hopefully you have a Google in your portfolio. Or, you skip all that and just put it all in an S&P 500 fund.

For ideas that are already well established, you can ask it to evaluate an idea against generally accepted best practices. I don't have a background in game design and I'm more of a hobby developer so I used to do this when I was
