My hacky solution to doing this for free is to use the iphone accessibility "speak screen" feature. With the high quality Siri voice downloaded, it sounds just as good as this. And in BookFusion it will read through an entire chap

Unfortunately a lot of these models are trained more on white faces and end up lightening everyone's skin as a result. My photographer friend is constantly fighting with photo-retouching tools to not whitewash their subjects.
