Until today I always used to CTRL+Scroll and highlight text... NO MORE :) I have it on my FF bar now... would love the feature to change the style it while looking at the page.. different pages need different reading styles for me.

My first impression was "that's pointless"... then I tried it... I can see me using that on lots of pages actually. So simple, but so effective. Would like to be able to change settings once the page has been loaded though.

The title of this is something I would have thought all start ups did as a matter of course. Even big companies (Microsoft excluded) often go with that mantra. To start on the offensive before even beginning is dooming yourself to fail.

I think that distractions can be productive.. a few moments away from a problem can clear my head. For that reason I didn't read the article, but judging by the other comments, I'm glad I didn't :)

I'm amazed at how many of them I had forgotten about. I'm even more amazed that I had heard of all of them.. either I spend too much time on the internet, or Google are good at promotion... maybe both?

Such a good idea, and It's made an excellent start, it would be great if this got through. Although I can imagine that it would be difficult to keep it air-tight to its purpose (as you pointed out with immigration abuse)... but doesn't mean

If a NH moderator deletes a news post for any reason (spam for example) does it also get removed from your Twitter feed? It's not a criticism, I just wondered.

I totally agree, taking a break to read Twitter, NH and others clears my head, I go back to a problem feeling less buried, and I might have learnt something new too. Ok, sure, often I only learnt that someone's cat just jumped in a box, but

Realistically we have all been creating NoSQL applications for some time. For years we have been hiding the SQL away from the Objects. EJB is a classic example of something that tries to keep the SQLugly away from applications. But NoSQL is

You are right about "asking Twitter". That is something that Facebook have been teasing Google with for years, that they could be a better search engine because results would come based on your friends results. I think this is very realisti
