I think it's because it's XP, not Windows, being used on a ship that won't even be deployed for several years yet, not for one that was deployed back in 2003.

I've used it a couple of times (for School uniform for my kids, cheaper than Amazon), however Amazon have their pickup lockers closer to where I live, and with no (slow) human interaction (as at Tesco), it's normally a winner for

I don't get these comments. I use Atom on my Chromebook (via Ubuntu/Crouton) and the other day I did a 9-hour stint switching between atom (~80% of the time) and Firefox, from full charge. At the end of the 9 hours I still had 8%

I think what he's doing would be more acurately described as Machine Learning, rather than AI. His algorithms are producing better logo proposals based on the data it is collecting from other users, which fits a common definition of ML

Well that's all ethics are anywhere. There's no concrete list of universally agreed ethics, by definition people pick and choose what they deem ethical for whatever reasons they want.
