I ran into the exact same issues as the author of this post the other day. I have a static site built on Hugo that I (amateurishly) set up a year or so ago, and would like it to have better support for photos & galleries, but lack the t

Man, I hope Pinboard stays up awhile longer. Genuinely one of my favorite simple, reliable internet tools. I don't need new features, I just need it to continue to exist.

I'd wish you the best of luck, but at this point investing into a hackintosh setup seems a bit like booking a ticket on a sinking ship -- what with support for Intel-Macs ending in the coming years. I definitely understand prioritizing

That was my takeaway as well. The "hustle-mindset" of turning every interest, passion, and hobby into some sort of side-gig is so pervasive currently that the existence of the word that sums up essentially the opposite mentality s

Absolutely! The nascent state of ARM outside of iOS, Android, and now MacOS is definitely a roadblock for bringing it to projects from smaller companies like you folks. In my eyes (uneducated, consumer-level perspective) X86 is a huge que

I came away feeling similarly. Their dedication to developing a true VR computer and focusing on specs that really matter for that (PPD and raw processing grunt) are commendable, but seeing them champion the idea of strapping an X86 compute

I recently pared back my own layout to something similar, and it's been surprisingly comfortable. I had learned to type on a split board for the first time a few months ago, and going from a more "full" split layout to someth

I’ve really enjoyed using Marginalia search over the last few months whenever I’m looking for honest-to-goodness “small-web” content. It’s always a breath of fresh air, provided I don’t look too niche. I took the opportunity to pitch in a

Came here to add another voice to the discourse that an iPad is most definitely not a "light-emitting eReader" in popular vernacular. That term calls to mind recent e-ink devices with frontlights, which are often used in place of
