Based on https://v2.tauri.app/concept/architecture/ , it seems that Tauri uses native webviews, which allows Tauri apps to be much smaller and less of a memory hog than a tool which uses Electron and runs a whole b

Yeah, that would be hard. It sounds more like instead of learning a lesson about following too closely, he decided to turn the mix of anger or fear onto you. Hopefully, with time removed from the situation, he will realize that he should n

Upvoted your comment. I totally agree. I'm trying to ask something slightly different, I think. If I'm trying to have ultimate anonymity, I know that I can do things that actually expose myself. I don't want to be a giant bea

I've never torrented anything and have been wary that doing anything with the Tor project on my not-so-private computer just sends up a beacon asking me to be investigated. I don't do anything illegal or plan to, but being invest

Now Claude code can easily create/enter a sandbox with a slash command (as of version 2.0.24). This is very cool! Before, you had to either use the Claude Code in the web app for a sandbox, or set up your own (yes, you could do this wi

It does seem like the main new thing is that, like ChatGPT, Claude will now occasionally decide for itself to "add" new memories based on the conversation. This did not (and I think does not) apply to Claude Code memories.

I would be interested to see the flip side. For weakly affiliated Republicans, what is the effect, if any? Obviously, 136 is a very small sample size, so I won't be updating one way or another based on this.

I know that there are enterprises and individuals who need Windows. I also know that I had been on Windows my whole computing life and made the switch late in 2023 and there's never been a better time to switch to Linux. I could have

Thank you for including the tokens needed for each test. It looks to me that the concisest way of representing each of these tables was a CSV and then a standard markdown table. The amount of tokens appears to be 1/2 or 1/3 of th
