Until Android 12 or 13 alternative stores couldn't update apps automatically in the background. And you still need to click "install" for new apps, which isn't the case with Google Play.

LineageOS recently included the patch to finally allow signature spoofing for microG. I don't think they're actively hostile and there are obviously people who support it. Afaik Lineage for microG is independent of the microG proj

Microg.org is correct. The official f-droid client won't care about the signatures, but this is a known issue with 3rd party stores like NeoStore. https://github.com/NeoApplications/Neo-Store/issues/564

Newer versions of microg (I think from 0.28 onwards) are rewriting the location stack and remove the UnifiedNLP interface. Currently only Mozilla Location Services is built into the new stack.

Official builds before this could still be made to work with microg using the "microg installer revived" Magisk module. That's how I installed it on my current phone while still getting the benefits of more regular updates.

I've had success using my AMD GPU with the OpenCL backend for llamacpp. The ROCm backend had pretty bad performance though.

I'm not sure how Statista got their info, but most other countries define "late" as being more than 5 minutes behind schedule. In Switzeland that limit is lower with only 3 minutes not counting as late.
