If it was DRM-free and available immediately (no 8 day delay bs), then yes. Constantly refreshing TPB waiting for a torrent to pop up for a show that aired >3 days ago is more annoying than commercials.

The main problem with right clicking is that right clicking does a myriad different things depending on what is being clicked on, whereas left clicking almost always does the same thing.

Not strange considering that the court case in question involved a label vs a provider -- Apple has deals with the providers which makes this case (legally) irrelevant to iCloud.

You're forgetting that many of the people who have those things you describe can only actually 'afford' them in the US because of cheap credit. If they were to sell all those things at the price they bought them, they would still be in deb

This is only true for mouse based interfaces that require hand-eye coordination (click this , drag it there ) -- gesture based interfaces (click and drag left/up/etc) don't suffer from this problem at all.
