If you doing a lot of small screws I would suggest getting a Wiha precision screwdriver set. The iFixit set has great cost/value ratio, but there are much better tools on the market.

Not necessarily. You can sharpen a knife(and I assume a scissor) with a sharpening steel. Which won't remove any material just straighten the edge.

That distance would be perfect for sleeper train. Hop on in the evening, sleep while you traveling and arrive in the morning well rested. You have the entire day for work, and hop on the train back on the evening.

For me the ideal commute(pre Covid) was an under 20 mins walk/bike ride. That is still nearly 3.5 hours a week not counting dressing up / getting ready for the commute.

It's called the working holiday visa. I went to New Zealand on that after my first job. You have to work in agriculture for 3 months to extend your one year visa.

I can only talk about Hungary. SWE salaries doubled in the past couple of years. Entry level job salaries went from around 1000 EUR to 2000 EUR, but they are way less than in Germany
