Given their example scenario ("moment of truth"), I'm far more likely to just buy an episode of something for a few bucks on iTunes. That way I have a much better chance of finding what I'm looking for, and I can watch s

Ah, I assume the reason we all get identical avatars is that gravatar api access gets stopped by the corporate proxy. Any chance that's easily configurable? You're probably going to see a lot of corporate use by places who insis

Is there a way to change user avatars? The screenshot has them but I can't find it in 0.3.2. BTW the wiki page for Docker references release/0.3.0, but you don't have that branch naming prefix (release/).

I did indeed take a look at the docs. That's why I commented. If there's documentation of REST end points, it's not obvious to me. Maybe someone else will point out what I'm missing. As far as I can tell, most of the doc

Two things that jumped out at me: 1. No "special characters" allowed in passwords when creating an account. 2. ...where's the REST API? I've "added a service" (TTS), but I have to write a webapp to expose it

I don't know what the right answer is here, but I find it intriguing that this approach is in a way the opposite of what Python ended up doing with the 2/3 split.

I can access new-hn though I can't say whether it's due to your changes. The https redirect adds an extra step because of a click through "this site could be evil" that Websense adds--I think it stores the acceptance for

Well, my large corporate employer uses Websense which seems to categorize hn.algolia.com as ("Category: hacking"), and blocks all queries (HN itself is fine). So I guess I'd say I need...search. Maybe you can get off the blac

Going to have to pile on here. The Flex seemed like it was going to be cool, but then the software was buggy for the longest time--wouldn't sync, silent alarms wouldn't work, etc. These are largely fixed but now they won't ad

I have to agree with the "broken" comments. I can't speak to the API, but the Health app sure is a head-scratcher. Those sub-minute steps intervals mentioned by someone else are just baffling from a normal user's perspec

This isn't a spectacular article. I, for one, think the status quo in this case is kind of great: it's not reported on because it's not newsworthy. Now, I know that isn't really true: in 2014 it's still somewhat re
