ESET has my recommendations for the same reason. Really good and way more light weight than many other solutions. Though I'd say anything more than Windows Defender for home users really isn't needed.

This has been the case and possible to do, since OpenVPNs inception. Something like p0f can certain detect such traffic. It's not confined to just OpenVPN though. Nearly all VPN connections can be fingerprinted at different layers.

Same experience here. Also seems that when using `old.reddit.com`, it logs you out a lot sooner than before (or in using `new.reddit.com`. It's just another layer of friction on using it.

Not OP, but I recommend and use sipstation. I moved from VoIP.ms because they often had troublesome outages. Sipstation has been reliable and a good value.

Guacamole was great back when I discovered it and I've used it extensively. I've since replaced it with KasmWeb, and it's much smoother and a better experience. No Java either.
