I think video in general is not well suited: skim, skim, skim, read that one section 3 times, skim, skip back to that section at the start to re-read, skim, .... is a lot easier to do on text than video. At least for me anyway.

Indeed, Tesco in the UK where doing 8% on home delivery about 3 years ago. Can't find more recent numbers but you have to think it's 10-15% now. Anecdotally at least it's not uncommon to see the delivery vans around.
