Content that appears in the viewport before scrolling is considered 'above-the-fold' and is thus prioritised to load quickest. The viewport dimensions are used to figure out what will be above-the-fold.

You can absolutely bunny hop (and so much more). With a 24″ or larger wheel, you can pretty confidently do short trips. If you're looking to do a few kms, 27.5″ is the sweet spot I've settled on for the size/speed/comfor
