I don't know if I would say impossible to succeed. But by demanding full price for the OS, even on low end phones, it meant that Nokia rolled out far fewer windows phones. I think that was bad for Microsoft and Nokia, and indicative of old

Heh, I meant it as an actual question, is there a regulatory process for changing batteries. I could see something like this either being covered or not.

I think the biggest problem is that they charge for their operating system, which is fine for the Lumia 920, but isn't practical on low end phones where Nokia actually still has some market share. Or at least not practical at the rates Noki

That only 75% of Stanford MBA grads have jobs at graduation is more a reflection of the rising value of entrepreneurship than the difficulty of getting jobs. Students aren't lining up consulting or banking jobs because there are better pros

I don't think that woud be true across the board - financially successful teams, like the New York Rangers, would likely pay more across the board in order to get better players.

I don't really disagree about the shift in power, but it doesn't have anything inherently to do with the structure of corporations (liability shield, "person", tax status). If you want to disallow corporations from political donations, then

If you read the article, it doesn't ignore those facts. Those benefits are the point of corporations, and the "personhood" a side effect. Sure there are strings attached, but speech goes directly to the rights of the collective. Would you s
