Computers aren't people, so thinking they "learn" the same way or for the same reason is childish. In addition, only one of those things is capable of and held accountable for following the law. It's the law that matters

You have no way to stop people from uploading content that isn't theirs. Worse, you have no way to stop your program from stealing uploaded intellectual property. Once uploaded, it's Stolen!
