The person who described the algorithm made it that way, but I added a `const closeEnoughToSnapDistance = 200` to make it more like Trello; once you get close enough, it will snap.

Yeahhh, I tried to convey that with "and a few other niche overlay network and VPN tools" to imply that the list contained both kinds of thing, but couldn't think of a better way to phrase it.
