I think solar and wind are a good idea, and subsidies can be a useful tool, I think making a statement about how cheap solar and wind are without mentioning that they're subsidized is not entirely accurate or honest.

In principle it sounds like a reasonable idea but the obvious problem is that people can become domiciled elsewhere, or structure their income to avoid this. It would be interesting to know what's been planned to mitigate that.

I guess the percentage of crashes due to hardware is high because people with faulty hardware are experiencing the vast majority of crashes. It sounds kind of dumb when put like that, I'm actually surprised it's that low a percent
