The withdrawal from coal is a year old decision[1] made my our parliament, which is as far as I see not based on plugging the holes in any way. We have a policy that states you can use up to, but not more than the expected surplus of the fu

So your goal by making people not write titles like this is to completely exterminate people's connotation of it? We all agree sexism is bad, and there are real issues to overcome in all countries, but sometimes I would feel more suppo

"curators are everywhere - they're called bloggers, tweeters, Etc." That won't change the market for these apps though, there needs to be a way for curators to actually be featured in the app store itself. An example wou

Interesting! I've grown a bit tired of gameification of real life with apps, but this made me realize that it's really helpful to Kickstart a new habit.

There's a benchmarking tool available on Steam, which will give you an idea. I would assume you could play VR games with reduced texture quality and/or other gfx settings.

The offensive part is that you're what you're stating is something you haven't even bothered to examine before deciding to write down an opinion.

Blue Yeti is good (and not too expensive), but isn't it a bit overkill for voice typing? If you generally feel like having a better microphone would help in other cases as well (Skype, vlog, what-have-you), then I'd agree with the

It seems like it's using some Facebook-api to populate itself. So countries that use facebook can actually find quite a lot of events here. I certainly noticed some interesting ones from my town. However, I tried searching from Shizuok

Your point has merit, but I would argue that YouTube has a much broader audience than tumblr. I assume this would make it easier to have a centralised sales team. (If they actually do)

I agree with much of what you're saying. However I'm not sure your comparison with Google Glass is fitting. The market for a functional Google Glass might also have been a lot bigger than 50 000. Not a lot of people outside the te

I get that math is an important aspect, but being able to realise that throwing in those variables would create entropy sounds like more of a common-sense thing, no? I guess I should still brush up on math though, it seems.

I'm only a small user of cloud providers, but find Google cloud engine much more user friendly than aws, so why is amazon still capturing the market? I don't see the downsides of GCE.

I feel the worst part is making sure to have redundancy for these things. I've lost so many pictures and chat-logs through the years from disk-failure. Backing it up somewhere else which is (or is not) encrypted offsite can make this e

I can't verify this particular story, although it sounds true. However, all the general stuff about norwegian policies and ways of thinking are correct. Interestingly enough, the government involved norwegian philosophers when making p

But the funders won't solve this problem though, only mitigate it. (though I agree it's something they definitely should do ASAP) Putting it out there like this, seems more likely to overcome the technical difficulties of it.
