I agree, we need something that emphasizes that it executes undesired functions. "Trojan horse" would fit better but it's associated with computer virii now. I think I would call it something like "Traitor software"

yes unfortunately only postgres has that convenient thing where you don't have to go out of your way to specify all the column names. SQLServer has it too by a different name but not MySQL
