If you're using arrow functions for handlers I suspect your components are difficult to work with, unless they are very simple? Why not abstract logic to a function and bind it? That's totally normal for Javascript.

I think both React and Vue become difficult when working with complicated UIs. If you're already using Vue or React, these simple articles are not comprehensive enough to be convincing. React and Vue basically manage state the same way

Having the next big startup hardly makes a dent in the world. 1/100th of the energy required to do that could likely save thousands of lives in other mediums of employment or volunteering.

I work a place where there is no interaction between employees. No coffee breaks, no paid lunch, no meetings. It is hell. Enjoy.

Venezuela is not using Bitcoin on any large scale. And if the people were, they would have lost 30% of their money in the last month. I don't think this is a good argument.

Yeah that's correct, the Windows machine has a SSD and the iMac does not. Perhaps I've just forgotten how intolerable HDDs are.

Can someone explain why Apple computers seemingly only have a 2-3 year lifespan? I've had the "opportunity" of owning three Macs in my life and none of them have lasted more than a couple years. Sure, they work. I gave me Gra

A lot of recommendations to see a doctor. I would strongly advise seeing a therapist or councilor first and follow the tips in this thread. If you go to a doctor expecting compassion instead of drugs you will be sorely mistaken.

Can be attributed to lack of trust in the medical system. Just look at doctor's willingness to give out opoids. Doctor's first line of defense for depression is SSRIs, if those don't work they often try Serequel or worse. A d

Perhaps you don't see the value in having a pet during depression because you already have one. Being responsible for someone or something is difficult, it's supposed to be.

So all you people making $100K+ salary, how much are you actually saving per month? I make half that, live in Vancouver, own a car, and still invest $1,000 a month. I already have more money saved than 99% of Canadians and I'm only 27.

It really depends, but if a Canadian company operates in the US market and charges US prices, that puts them at a huge advantage.

In three years software like this would absolutely change front-end development. Already is front-end development constantly progressing every year. PSD to HTML services were outsourced a decade ago for a reason.

Sounds exactly like the stock market and real estate asset classes. The global economy is in a bubble. It's the fringe markets which suffer the most (btc).
