I have the feeling that many adult performers went to OnlyFans in the first place so they could have control over the price, content, schedule etc. But it looks like OnlyFans like every industry will consolidate over time and bring many of

I wonder if they will come down in price. The internal mechanism doesn't seem to warrant a starting price of 400€.

I find it disappointing that non US/UK keyboard layout adds 200€ to the price. Surely the extra cost they have is a small fraction of that.

Sweden and Finland already have quite capable military. Joining NATO isn't some historical shift in their positions, it's more an insurance, made cheap by Russia's failure to conquer Ukraine.

From Russia's perspective, almost everything is a provocation and a threat. Not rationally, but because Russia's official viewpoint is about as irrational as it gets. There isn't anything to appease them with, because they&#x

The Edmund Fitzgerald was 200m long. A jet crashing on the water surface would leave little contiguous parts in one place.

That's a stretch, because it wasn't said during production. Which reminds me of the earlier Wikipedia days where "In popular culture" was a common section, and it often contained increasingly trivial references. There&#x

I expect MacBeth to be one of the most produced plays in the English speaking theatre world, so it makes sense that many noteworthy accidents / incidents happened. However, Hamlet has apparently been staged even more often, and it woul

I think you are misrepresenting the article. Its main argument is that the remote visual guidance system for the boom initially didn't work as intended and the fix is still in progess. Are you implying that is wrong?

Quick test. I typed in "Berlin". First hit was Berlin Stralau (correct), second hit was ... Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Netherlands?!

This was the same with Berlin's latest (and currently last) subway project, U5 extension. While much shorter, the stations also were behind schedule, and the line operated for a few months without the intermittent stations being open.

The market can't be that crowded if a native open source editor that tries to be as close to MacOS as possible doesn't exist.

A line that becomes great(er) after you've read the book is not what most people would think of as a great opening line. Personally I think a plain line can work as well as a more baroque one, and that's in general what Wolfe does

Pretty cool. I had a city with an open square in the middle, and tried to generate another square somwhere else, but it didn't work. I only managed to move the streets.

To add, unidici is an http client. Node already has http / https, but unidici is much faster and probably has other improvements, too. They could have built a fetch interface on top of http, but they probably saw an opportunity to make

Pin your dependencies and only update them manually, or if you do it automatically, only after running tests. Also use a registry mirror.

I wonder if the processing / size overhead of Chromium / Node could be reduced by making both more modular? I.e. compiling only the features you need. But I guess Chromium isn't built for that.

Why is the engine even checking input devices so often? Shouldn't the input device be registered via settings and then assumed to exist when the game runs? It seems wasteful to check all input devices every few seconds.
