Take some time off mate, travel for few months. Then you can do online tutorial (Like Udemy...) there are good ones but you won't be able to do them if you're 90 hours a week. My best recommendation is to look for a new job, tell

If you're in a position where you can quit/take few months off, Do It. Use that time to travel (backpacking is easier), try countries that are completly different from your own culture, South/Central America and South East As

I am actually doing it right now, I pay about 1.2k for something that should be around 900 all included. Yes it's more but it's not double or triple as you suggest.

I guess writing a book is "labor" but "royalties" out of it are passive income, I guess it's a mix of both. But Royalties cannot be achieved in that case without the Labor of writing the book

Ah I see! What alloy do you think could block the cosmic ray radiation, I though lead was doing that, isn't there enough of it on the paint? Or maybe the windows are letting the radiation in?
