I don't see how "return (key, value)" is less readable than it's list counterpart. Now, why using a list that can grow, and so takes more space and maybe less efficient, for something that should not?

I would add that if you're targeting HL programming language users, this is something they should already have the knowledge of. It does not need a particular effortt to map that to what they alrady know.

There's a PC alternative for all those. And even a computer free one.. at least in my EU country. To me it would not be a bad idea, and the governements should ensure it's still possible to do all those things without a smartphon

They mean that their code is written with strong assumption everything is written the way it is. If you make modifications to the internal or push an unexpexted type in it, they expected it to fail. There's no guardrail that everything

The last time I checked, I was stuck with a pretty old kernel if I wanted to have the last version of ROCm available for my rx470. It's compatible at some point in time, but not kept compatible with recent kernels.

I would use the following behavior: the first time (loaded with empty storage) ask for confirmation, the next times (if loaded from storage) don't ask. This would prevent people with auto cleanup to loose their work and avoid annoying

And yet emacs is the only tool doing all these at once, able to save important emails in org mode list you can annotate and export in calc for further integration, running some python scripts to get the last vales to be included and update

I read somewhere here that, in the case of what's app more metadata is shared with meta, and telegram doesn't have E2EE by default for groups. Didn't check though.

Don't know about teams but outlook now has an option to chose ithe browser used to open the links. By default, it's not the default system browser of course... This update was pushed this year, but not sure if my employer is late
