They care about what they can afford each month. They indirectly care about the rate. The sign on the starter home neighborhood near me was $719/mo when I moved here in 2020. It crept up to 850, 970, 1100, and then they changed the sig

If you have a second home at 3% that means your first home is paid off. You wouldn’t get that rate for an income property. There are several good reasons for selling it, mostly emergency or retirement reasons. I would keep it and rent it. I

Perfect username for the reference you made in your comment. "Many people change their phone every year." I expect that to be one of the things that immediately changes with our current, fantastic economy in the US.

Please explain why Roku had half a billion dollars sitting in a checking account and how we rectify that, and 119.5 billion other problems, without yet more money printing that affects everyone. Move fast and break things, banking edition.

Specific to Seattle, once you see what the teachers are teaching kids there you'll see that they soon won't actually need teachers. Nobody that has both a functioning brain and children would put their kids in Seattle schools. The

"2022 interest rate: 0.08%" that's not true for 2022 as a whole. Did you mean 2021?!

I carry a knife, and often a gun with me while out and about. The UK is good with either of those things? I also insult people online, sometimes. I’m pretty much worse than Billy the Kid to modern day UK.

The context of this one is inflation, and the tracking of it. The statement is that there is an army of government analysts working on it, to get it right. The reality that I subscribe too (see what I did there?) contains the fact that the

Keys to productivity include scoping the work in a way where it can be done solo, and then convincing people to work a few hours during the day when either others aren’t, working or when you aren’t expected to be available. Go offline or in

Interesting, but I think misplaced. That all started in the 80s, Tipper Gore and the PMRC. “Adjusted for television” or for play over the radio were broadcast standards that still exist. Hell, I’m somewhat thankful for them. We had an issue

There's a sweet spot that Ford missed with the C-Max. I have a 2nd gen Volt. 50-60 miles on all electric when it's warm, 30-40 when it's cold. That, by the way, will bite a lot of people in the ass as they try EVs. Anyways, 6
