Amazing. What happened with your professional career ? Did this exercise help you out professionally ? One of my worries about AI is that doing these deep dives are a lot harder to justify.

It has crossed my mind that being a scientist is for people who are already financial independent. Same as being an artist. For the rest of us, we need focus on careers where we can make a living. Of course, we can still do science and art

Indeed. You want to have small buffers, because big buffers increase WIP (Work In Progress), product gets damaged, problems are hidden, etc. That follows the JIT (Just In Time) ideas. But, you still want to have buffers to decouple both o

My experience dating someone younger. She was still in college and I was already working full time. I noticed that if we stayed late night on the weekend, she would make the sleep back during the week, may be in short spans, here and there.

The least prolific very successfull author in the world was perhaps Juan Rulfo. He only wrote 300 pages in his whole life and lived to be 68. It is really hard to explain how was he able to produce such master works.

A bit Off topic. I am looking for a Board Game for my step dad. He is a retired 80+ years old rancher. He doesn't know any english at all, so he is very limited on choices. Something that can be played by himself or with other person.
