Looks like the boilerplate here is ground work for large projects. Generally Immutable makes the reducers syntax much cleaner and allows to more easily "query" the state. I am myself torn between using it and thus asked..

Why did you decide not to use Immutable(JS or other) as part of the boilerplate?

How would you respond if a new hire just told you he decided to do a complete rewrite 2 weeks before demo instead of fixing (what they considered to be) a few knows issues? I best 9 out of 10 - this would of ended up badly.

This is a great point, ReactJS has many benifits. People should choose it based on those merits not "speed".

Also, please add 'track by $index' to the Angular example.. might be a suprise for you. (Makes Angular outperform both frameworks)

The speed comparison is sadly incorrect: Adding 'track by $index' to the Angular example makes it run 10x faster (outperforming both React and Blocks).

Can someone explain the numbers, I see averages of $100K/year for developers and then keep hearing of freelancers raking $150-$200/hour ($300K/year). How can this be ?
