There are some pseudonyms that have built up large social audiences and are active investors in many projects that I have crossed paths with. At least one is a founder as well as an investor, etc. Check out @boredelonmusk as an example.

We used to run a site at quakefinger.com that scanned all the quake and eventually gamedev plan .files. It was awesome. Sadly the wayback doesn't go back to the earliest days but you can get the flavor here: https://web.ar

Optimistic Take: Crypto and NFT markets are opening the doors for photos, writing and creativity of all stripes to get valued far more than ever before.

I think the cooking classes are very good. I don't know what a "Master Class" is per se, but getting Thomas Keller walking me one on one through a bunch of his recipes has to be pretty close! The article is right on, the cl

Under-appreciated comment. The reduction of friction always wins in consumer services. Interesting stat - the estimate is that this year 1.4 trillion photos will be taken. In 2012 it was estimated that 3.4 trillion pictures had been taken

Tesla beta tested this in California a few years ago - between LA and Santa Barbara. I received an invite to try it out but never did. They shut it down a year or two later. I think they are making good strides on fast charging and decide

I think it's an incredible bargain to be honest. Everything is really well produced and the content is top notch. Thomas Keller explaining his techniques is more than worth the entire price.

I highly recommend Masterclass to get into cooking. The Gordon Ramsey and Thomas Keller videos jumpstarted me into serious cooking last year. 10/10 would recommend.

I don’t think that’s directionally wrong. I bought my first Tesla and all subsequent Tesla’s in part to support the global move to electric vehicles. I buy the FSD to help move us in that direction. I’m actually happy with their progress

I think it makes sense. He's saying that if you get a 15% royalty, vs the 100% royalty minus costs of self publishing, you need to sell 5x more books via the publisher. It's oddly worded, but the math roughly works depending on y
