Found a new job. Went from funding it hard to work 3-4 hours a day to 60 hour weeks being easy. Don't recommend that long as family everything.

Yes. It's a colossal waste of half a day or so plus all the conversations. No salary range usually implies generic ad from some half assed agency trying to get people on their books

although interestingly that could be solved my making it illegal to pay anyone more than say 5* the lowest employees salary. If the problem is great disparity remove it.

i dont think sql counts as language in this context. Its more of an adapter for efficiency for most of the uses its best for. Don't get me wrong, it is a language but not at the layer under discussion.

Its not that simple though, error fixes and edge cases often obfuscate something that was understandable. A why comment is never bad, but a what comment is often as valuable as a test
