For me, I paid full price for the app. I attached many important documents such as my ID, SSN Card, my original birth cert, even the deed to my house. If I pass my wife knows where to get this info. When my son was born I went to add his

I learned enough Angular 17 in a few weeks to get a job done. Awhile back on another HN discussion about htmx someone commented it seems easier to learn a framework than to learn htmx. Having already built a prototype in htmx I tried Angula

Confirmed. I asked both Gemini and GPT4 to assist with a proto3 rpc service I'm working on. The initial prompt was well specified. Both provided nearly exactly the same proto file, which was correct and idiomatic. However, I then as

Let me test this hypothesis. I run a small business that pays for Google workspace. I pay for a ChatGPT subscription and use it daily as a coding copilot. Is there any reason I shouldn’t switch to Gemini and cancel ChatGPT? If no reason,

I came looking for how this could possibly be solved. Could you help me understand? If the input is infinite and unordered and the task is to produce output in order, how do you know when it’s OK to start writing output?

Already happening. A control plane only cluster is an excellent replacement for Hashicorp Vault for example. See also the Cluster API to manage other clusters and Crossplane to manage anything Terraform would have managed.

It’s not in a different league. I’ve used both in production. As others have said vSphere breaks down with thousands of VM’s, and worse the vSwitch implementation is buggy and unreliable as soon as you add more than a couple to a cluster.

It’s not less effort. I’ve done both ways in production for large teams. What you described is literally entirely automated by the mesh in a more secure and maintainable way than a bespoke hand rolled solution.
