You can also download an install an IRC server or Jabber server to run corporate chat, yet tech companies happily use the paid version of Slack. Not managing the thing you aren’t good at or interested in doing is the value prop.

I don’t think the attack vector (presumably asking for admin credentials to install a startup item) would be any different than an app that wanted to fork bomb, allocate too much memory, or spin wait on all cores. In that way I don’t think

Poverty is definitely a problem. Having to choose between eating and running the heater on a cold night is not a “default state” in the US, nor should it be anywhere else. I’ve personally had enough of those nights and experienced the gaumu

For what it's worth, the GitHub README.md calls it a Zero day so they apparently didn't give Apple any heads up to prepare for the release of the exploit. While a same day/same week fix is ideal, 23 days isn't that bad g

Do you mean the would-be push notifications? That’s the same level of quality as what they do for current events. The push notifications are in the top three reasons I pay for the Times. I can’t recommend a subscription enough.

I think it’s more likely that the iPod Touch remains because it’s a great device to let kids abuse in place of your expensive phone. The market for dedicated audio players can’t be what it once was and audiophiles have other options. The Sa

Your link’s first paragraph states coffee is usually consumed at temperatures below the risk threshold. A couple paragraphs later is states that coffee has been removed from their list of beverages they’re worried about.

I think the main driver is there’s common ground between some of the engineers who are PPC fans and some that are Amiga/Morph OS fans. Amiga runs on m68k and PPC so this means they can get some more modern hardware for their platform.

If you have your routine down, fly during the work week (most business travel), and have precheck you can pretty reliably have your wait down to 45 minutes. I fly a lot and usually breeze through the airport.
