On the fifth. I go to college and work full time. Some have been short - 4 month contract at SAS, six months at NG. It's worked out though. Liked every job more than the previous.

Sounds cool. Went to your website on Chrome on Android and it is buggy. I get 404s everywhere. More specific, when I click the carousel--showing SF example pay--left or right. Like I can do a better job than that.

Betting OP meant "on contract" versus a 1099 contractor. Maybe I'm wrong. If I'm not, he/she has very little say in their environment. At least that's my experience.

I'm starting a new role next week and that's exactly the schedule I negotiated. The mix, I think, is good on a social level. When I used to work 100% remote, I found myself walking to the grocery store just to see other people.

You're completely right. Grabbing some Vanguard index ETF and dollar cost averaging is definitely what I (and others) should be doing. I'd bet 7% YoY over 20 years is conservative.
